TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDES:

 

Authentication Failed Error (AUTH_FAILED) could be caused by the following reasons:

1. INVALID LOG-IN

You must have an account to log-in. If you don't have an account yet, you can register here. Valid E-mail address is required to create an account, we advise that you don't use disposable emails. An activation link will be sent to your email upon registry, email verification is  required to validate the account created. Check your username and password.

Note : These credentials are case sensitive

 

2. ACCOUNT ALREADY REACHED MAXIMUM BANDWIDTH LIMIT

Known error for Trial users, this is caused by the "bandwidth limit" set for each account.

Please take note of the following limitations set :

Trial accounts: 200MB daily Bandwidth traffic, max 10GB Bandwidth alotment for 30 days.

Premium Accounts : No Daily Bandwidth usage, No Monthly Bandwidth alotment. Get Premium.

 

The account you are using already expired. There are 2 types of accounts that you can use for TsunamiVPN:

For Vista and Windows 7 OS Users : Make sure to Run client as ADMINISTRATOR

Use specified TsunamiVPN client depending on your ISP. (e.g. TsunamiVPN_Globe for Globe users & TsunamiVPN_Smart for Smart users)

Check your ISP, make sure your dashboard has 3g/HSDPA signal for best results.

try reconnecting your TsunamiVPN Client and ISP Dashboard.

NOTE :

Facebook - www.facebook.com detects your current location by IP, if you are originally residing from California, USA and you use the Japan server, Facebook.com will block you using their roadblock script but you can still use their service if you answer all the roadblock question from their website.

You must not edit or modify any settings in your computer, TsunamiVPN requires no settings or proxy. Everything is Transparent and Automatic.
